#1 Offense, Head In The Knee, Double | #5 Low Leg Single & Out The Back Door Defense

Use your head to drive the knee down to the mat. Keep your head posted into the knee and elevate the foot a little so you keep your opponent in front of you and his hips on the mat. Make sure you're in a tripod (head and feet only touching the mat). While you're off your knees, you'll be applying a lot of weight to your opponent's leg making it difficult for him to get his hips up. You can then circle to the left and wrap up both legs.
