#9 High Crotch, Sprawled On, Peek Out | #1 High Crotch (Head Outside Single)

Slide your left knee to the right, pop your head out on the right side of the body, throw your right elbow back like you're elbowing someone behind you.

Popping your head out will release the pressure, making your opponent fall to the mat a little. Throwing your elbow back will throw off any Whizzer or Over-Hook that may be present on the right side of you. After you do this, cut double.

Try to stay on the legs if you can. When you try to just circle around someone they are able to react a lot quicker meaning you may not get a takedown at all.
